About the role
- Expanding Nteractive’s client base by generating and nurturing high-quality leads through the sales funnel
- Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers at prospective clients
- Interpreting client needs and shaping compelling outreach, proposals, and messaging
- Leading business development activity from first contact through pitch and RFP stages
- Developing and implementing engagement strategies that convert prospects into clients
- Acting as a client specialist in pitches and proposals, supporting high-impact presentations
- Identifying strategic opportunities based on market trends and insights
- Promoting Nteractive at industry events, networking functions, and media engagements
- Collaborating closely with Client Services teams to ensure cohesive, strategic engagement
- Strengthening internal alignment to ensure Nteractive’s value proposition is consistently communicated
Requirements
- Proven experience building partnerships and long-term client relationships
- Strong networking and prospecting capability
- Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex deals
- Experience assessing and responding to prospective client needs
- Strong business and financial acumen with an understanding of profitability drivers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see both opportunity and risk
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and solutions-focused approach
