About the role
- Own and manage creative projects end-to-end, from brief intake and concept development through production, delivery, and post-event wrap-up.
- Partner with creative directors, designers, producers, and strategists to translate client briefs into clear creative plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Creative Studio, internal teams, and client services to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, scopes, and resourcing plans across multiple concurrent events and campaigns.
- Facilitate creative kick-offs, status meetings, reviews, and approvals to keep work on track and moving forward.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet brand standards, client expectations, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with production, experiential, digital, and technical teams to ensure creative concepts are executable at scale.
- Oversee change management, including scope adjustments, timeline shifts, and budget impacts.
- Maintain clear documentation, including briefs, decks, timelines, and post-event reports.
- Support post-event evaluations by gathering feedback, assessing creative performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and creative quality within the studio.
Requirements
- Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar project platforms.
- Proven experience in creative project management within a fast-paced agency or similar environment.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Solid understanding of creative and production workflows.
- Comfortable working with budgets, scopes, and resource planning.
