💰 $85,000 - $100,000 per year

About the role

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors, guiding them through their event participation
  • Owning the delivery of sponsorship packages including booth experiences, digital elements, content sessions, graphics, registration and marketing promotional opportunities (MPOs)
  • Delivering a first-class sponsor experience through proactive communication, clear guidance and exceptional service
  • Working closely with client workstreams to align timelines and execute sponsorship deliverables
  • Developing and implementing clear, scalable processes for sponsorship execution
  • Contributing to sponsor readiness materials including content guidance, policies, technical specifications, key dates and approval processes
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of strategic, long-term sponsor relationships
  • Partnering with sales, clients and sponsors to understand business objectives and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Contributing to the achievement and exceeding of sponsorship revenue targets
  • Acting as a key contributor within project teams, sharing expertise and best practice
  • Supporting team development by modeling Nteractive’s values at all times

Requirements

  • Experience delivering sponsorship and/or exhibition programs, or relevant transferable experience
  • Proven project management experience, delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated success executing sponsorship and exhibitor packages
  • Ability to thrive under pressure across concurrent events and deadlines
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity
  • Experience using Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) platforms (RainFocus preferred but not required)
