Software Engineer

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and strategic advisor for our clients and internal teams.
• Research, problem-solve, and determine technical solutions that meet client needs.
• Attend client meetings to understand business goals, needs, and project requests.
• Partner with account directors and project managers to translate business needs into technical requirements and help estimate project scope, cost, and resourcing.
• Build core integrations, platform customizations, and automations.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing client platform solutions.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
