About the role

  • Create system requirements documentation using BPMN workflows, UML diagrams, and IT business rules
  • Model executable business processes using BPMN notation
  • Create document templates with MS Word MergeFields or Formpipe Lasernet
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, orally and in writing
  • Ensure good user experience
  • Specify system requirements and develop solutions using the strategic low-code platform, collaborating with programmers

Requirements

  • Three to five years of programming or system analysis expertise
  • Knowledge of the lifecycle of software development
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning
  • Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use case models, and functional and non-functional requirements
  • Experience and knowledge of BPMN, DMN, XPATH, JSON, and XLM
  • Basic JavaScript expertise
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Team player with an adaptive approach
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
