Content Writer

• Support global sales by developing persuasive, high-impact bid proposals; reporting directly to the Head of Growth
• Lead the end-to-end bid writing process, from initial qualification and strategy development to final submission
• Work closely with the sales lead to understand client requirements, pain points, and strategic objectives
• Develop compelling bid strategies and win themes that differentiate SUPPLIERASSURANCE and highlight the company's unique value proposition
• Manage bid timelines and ensure all deadlines are met with high-quality submissions
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals, tenders, RFI/RFP responses, and other sales-enablement content
• Translate complex technical information and product features into easily understandable benefits for diverse audiences
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable content, case studies, testimonials, and standard responses (in collaboration with Marketing)
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development and Client Delivery to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy
• Tailor content to specific client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
• Act as a key content resource for the sales team and support them with necessary collateral
• Proactively identify content gaps and develop new materials; liaise closely with Marketing
• Participate in deal review meetings to understand the sales pipeline and prioritise bid opportunities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
• Proofread and edit all bid documents to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Ensure all bids comply with client requirements, legal regulations, and internal policies
• Conduct post-bid reviews to identify areas for improvement and best practice sharing
• Work flexibly and undertake other reasonable duties relevant to the role as required by the organisation

Backend Engineer

• Lead on the creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation for software architecture, system designs, and development processes.
• Work closely alongside the Development teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of technical documentation.
• Document and enforce best practices for both cybersecurity and infrastructure security, including the documentation of threat models, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Draft the technical sections of proposals, bids and tenders, translating complex technical information into clear, persuasive content addressing client requirements.
• Develop and deliver engaging technical demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders and potential clients, articulating the value and functionality of software solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance across the business to project management, business development, marketing and software development.
• Communicate between various functions of the wider business, from C-Suite to junior team members.
• Work flexibly and undertake other reasonable duties relevant to the role as required by NQC Ltd.
