  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers
  • Develop talent attraction strategies
  • Competency-based interviews (behavioral and technical)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
  • Knowledge of HR subsystems
  • Experience with basic payroll/HR administration routines
