- Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Develop talent attraction strategies
- Competency-based interviews (behavioral and technical)
- Manage candidate communication and offers
- Implementation of Training & Development (T&D) programs
- Design development pathways
- Create and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Performance evaluations
- Manage the performance review cycle
- Follow-up on feedback
- Conduct engagement surveys and eNPS
- Analyze HR metrics and define action plans
- Develop organizational culture initiatives
- Provide consultative support to leadership
- Mediate conflicts and support management decisions
- Monitor metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, eNPS, development)
- Produce analyses and improvement proposals
- Design and enhance policies and processes
- Ensure alignment with company culture
- Support routines such as timekeeping and payroll
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
- Knowledge of HR subsystems
- Experience with basic payroll/HR administration routines
