Learning and Development

• Collaborate with instructor Subject Matter Experts (SME)s to identify, design, and develop course materials and assets while completing course development projects.
• Aid in preparing proposed and existing courses for design review based on industry standards and the NPRC-approved rubric
• Recommend innovative design, format, and/or technological changes to further engage learners.
• Assist in the development and organization of online lesson materials using faculty content, other instructional content, software applications, and the LMS as directed.
• Collaborate with SMEs on developing engaging content (e.g., video, audio, and/or interactive)
• Adhere to project timelines for instructional design projects
