General

• Establish a successful and supportive learning environment for a diverse workforce population
• Plan, teach, and manage learning in a variety of settings that may include classroom, lab, and via remote technology
• Teach a variety of key industrial concepts and skills
• Work with Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC) staff to plan, implement, and update programs and program materials necessary to meet industry needs and standards
• Facilitate workshops and training in areas including, but not limited to electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechatronics, PLCs, and robotics
• Assist in research, development, and prototype innovative maker activities related to workforce readiness in engineering and manufacturing
• Provide or assist with instruction in blueprint reading, precision measuring, and associated math skills
• Advise students regarding progress, registration, and other issues
• Develop and maintain industry relationships, including manufacturing associations and affiliated educational institutions

• Utilize video technology to offer face-to-face learning via Microsoft Teams
• Distribute materials and submit assignments through the learning management system
• Engage students in real-time class instruction and discussion

Director

• Supports the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of dual enrollment programming
• Serves as a central liaison between admissions, advising, faculty, students, and institutional departments
• Coordinates operational and academic processes related to dual enrollment
• Provides advising support, faculty and course logistics, curriculum deployment, student issue resolution, and specialized enrollment management
• Contributes to program assessment, accreditation and grant initiatives, instructional review, and student engagement efforts

Video Editor

• Edit raw video footage using Camtasia to create polished instructional content for academic courses, including lectures, tutorials, demonstrations, and supplementary materials.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to understand course objectives and ensure edited videos meet course needs
• Review and revise videos for quality, clarity, and consistency, adhering to NPRC's branding guidelines and accessibility standards
• Manage file organization, version control, and export videos in various formats suitable for D2L
• Perform basic audio editing to ensure clear narration and remove background noise
• Meet project deadlines and provide progress updates to the academic team
• Assist with accessibility needs in keeping with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
