About the role
- Scale personalization efforts by adapting standardized templates for mid-level donors
- Drive data-driven donor renewal and upgrades by developing timely touchpoints
- Qualify new donors to determine their specific affinity and capacity for support
- Manage a portfolio of donors with the capacity to make gifts in the $10K-$25K range
- Support the design and implementation of pilot fundraising initiatives
- Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce
- Communicate frequently with colleagues to foster a collaborative fundraising environment
- Exemplify fundraising best practices and a high level of ethics
Requirements
- 3–5 years of frontline fundraising experience
- Proven success in independently cultivating and closing general operating gifts in the $10,000 - $25,000 range
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Cultivate and support an inclusive and equitable workplace culture
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience preferred
