Marketing Operations

• Independently manage and optimize the marketing tech stack supporting enterprise and ABM motions
• Ensure clean, compliant, and reliable data flows across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
• Partner with IT, Security, and Legal on data governance
• Thoughtfully execute and evolve lead, contact, account, and opportunity lifecycles
• Own scoring, routing, prioritization, and SLAs
• Support account-based and opportunity-centric motions
• Build and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards
• Own attribution models for long sales cycles
• Deliver insights that inform GTM strategy
• Independently operationalize complex enterprise and ABM campaigns
• Ensure campaigns are executable, trackable, and aligned to ICPs
• Manage email marketing strategy and activation in HubSpot
• Continuously improve and streamline marketing operations workflows
• Automate where possible
• Act as Marketing’s primary RevOps partner
