Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new Nox Connect customers
Take ownership of client relationships immediately following contract signature
Define project scope, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage detailed implementation plans and project timelines
Coordinate cross-functional resources (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support)
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for health systems and sleep lab stakeholders
Conduct kickoff meetings, regular status updates, and executive check-ins
Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and IT teams
Guide clients through system configuration, integrations, and workflow setup
Support onboarding of users, including clinicians and administrative staff
Deliver training sessions and ensure readiness for go-live
Lead go-live planning and execution
Monitor early usage and proactively address issues or gaps
Ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success or Account Management
Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, tools, and documentation
Contribute to scalable playbooks as Nox Connect grows

Requirements

3–6+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer-facing roles within SaaS or healthcare technology
Experience working with U.S. healthcare systems, hospitals, or clinical environments
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred Experience in sleep medicine, remote patient monitoring, or diagnostic workflows
Familiarity with healthcare integrations (e.g., EMR/EHR systems, HL7, APIs)
Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
PMP, CSM, or similar certification
