About the role
- Manage the sales of Novus products
- Perform sales and marketing duties
- Ensure timely and accurate S&OP, KPI, PLM, and CRM functionalities
- Build assigned area into a broader, multi-product/program and customer focused company
- Perform budgeting, forecasting and coordinating regulatory follow-up
- Support existing business development activities
- Assist in the definition and implementation of CSR activities
Requirements
- University degree in science or business
- Minimum of 10+ years of related experience
- Good understanding of livestock feed industries
- Proven sales, marketing, and general multicultural business knowledge
- Strong understanding of business activities and drivers in assigned area
- Interpersonal & strong communication skills
- Multi-language skills for better understanding of different cultures
- Fluent in local language and English
