About the role

  • Manage the sales of Novus products
  • Perform sales and marketing duties
  • Ensure timely and accurate S&OP, KPI, PLM, and CRM functionalities
  • Build assigned area into a broader, multi-product/program and customer focused company
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting and coordinating regulatory follow-up
  • Support existing business development activities
  • Assist in the definition and implementation of CSR activities

Requirements

  • University degree in science or business
  • Minimum of 10+ years of related experience
  • Good understanding of livestock feed industries
  • Proven sales, marketing, and general multicultural business knowledge
  • Strong understanding of business activities and drivers in assigned area
  • Interpersonal & strong communication skills
  • Multi-language skills for better understanding of different cultures
  • Fluent in local language and English
