• Direct insight into operational management processes at novosafe, with responsibility from day one
• You coordinate external partners (installation providers from the security industry) in implementing real customer projects, in coordination with the Operations team
• Together with experienced colleagues and the founders, you maintain customer contact
• You occasionally visit project sites to assess progress firsthand
• You roll up your sleeves wherever the young startup currently needs support
• You hone your ability to identify operational improvement opportunities
