About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct insight into operational management processes at novosafe, with responsibility from day one
You coordinate external partners (installation providers from the security industry) in implementing real customer projects, in coordination with the Operations team
Together with experienced colleagues and the founders, you maintain customer contact
You occasionally visit project sites to assess progress firsthand
You roll up your sleeves wherever the young startup currently needs support
You hone your ability to identify operational improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are studying business administration, economics, business informatics, a related field—or even a completely different subject—and are looking for a mandatory internship
Organization, structure, and communication are your superpowers
You are good with people—whether on the phone, by email, or face-to-face
You want a lot of responsibility and a steep learning curve
You work reliably, independently, and with high standards for results
You are not afraid to put on a hard hat to get an impression on a customer's construction site
You think entrepreneurially and enjoy a fast-paced environment and ownership rather than routine
You speak German and English fluently
