About the role
- Lead and develop a high-performing global project sourcing organization
- Define and implement global sourcing processes, standards, and contract frameworks
- Drive close collaboration with Engineering, Capex Project Groups, Production, and Procurement
- Ensure optimal sourcing decisions balancing quality, timing, cost, and total cost of ownership
- Establish Sourcing Strategies contributing to faster and more efficient Capex project execution
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience leading global teams in complex project environments
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and financial understanding
- Solid experience supporting large-scale Capex projects
- Excellent communication skills
