About the role
- Perform design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network, security systems, servers, desktops, VoIP phones, AV systems
- Provide Tier 2 and 3 support, technical recommendations, and coordinate technical projects
- Drive and maintain IT Operations service delivery and Incident Management
- Document, track, and monitor IT service delivery and incidents
- Administer and maintain Active Directory, Windows, Linux, VMware, and other servers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field required
- MS/MBA in Information Technology or related field preferred
- 4+ years of related IT experience required
- 1-3 years of experience on Network Administration based on CISCO Technologies preferred
- 1-3 years of experience on Virtual Infrastructure Administration based on VMWare Technologies preferred
- Biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience preferred
