About the role
- Support the identification and assessment of potential partners
- Collaborate with senior strategy personnel to develop value propositions
- Manage partnership activities suggesting strategies and initiatives
- Oversee management of stakeholders within the pharmacy network
- Draft and structure partnership agreements
- Coordinate integration of partnerships
- Monitor and evaluate partnership effectiveness
- Develop processes for collecting insights from partnerships
- Serve as a liaison for assigned partners
- Conduct research on market dynamics
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
- MBA, PharmD, or another advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of nine (9) years of experience in market access strategy, payer/PBM relationships, account management, digital healthcare companies, healthcare providers, and relevant technology firms
- Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships across diverse sectors
- Excellent relationship management skills to build and sustain partnerships with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and various functional teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Solid analytical skills for evaluating partnership effectiveness and making data-driven decisions
- Ability to work effectively across functional areas and influence outcomes
