About the role

  • supporting the development and refinement the alternative model and specific alternative channel strategies
  • identifying and evaluating partnerships / collaborations, channels, and services to unlock and enhance patient value
  • ensuring strategic alignment between our market access and US operations strategy
  • performing in-depth market research and analysis to gain an external perspective
  • developing a comprehensive alternative model strategy
  • strategically managing the alternative model to ensure its ongoing evolution
  • supporting the creation of an integrated access care model
  • developing and maintaining a comprehensive framework to evaluate pathways and collaborations
  • identifying and evaluating new and innovative revenue opportunities
  • assessing new opportunities solutions thoroughly
  • working closely with MAPA, Marketing, Patient Solutions (MPS)
  • establishing a process for ongoing monitoring and assessment of strategy performance
  • presenting clear data driven insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of nine (9) years of experience in strategy development and strategy execution
  • Experience in diverse sectors, including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, healthcare, CPG, and retail is valuable
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate the interconnected nature of various functional areas
  • Proficient in analyzing data and market trends
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence various functional areas and motivate teams to action without direct line management authority
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and evolving dynamics within the industry
