About the role

  • Prepare timely quarterly and annual reporting, including Sustainability data in the Annual report
  • Drive and/or work with the development of Sustainability reporting processes, documentation and system maintenance as well as controls in Assurance connect
  • Secure and build Scope 3 data analyses specifically targeting category 2 within Investment spend activities and category 4 and 9 related to our up- and downstream distribution
  • Ensure and support audit readiness and liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Control and develop digital solutions and data software tools to ensure optimal data entries and analyses
  • Improve the stakeholder management landscape across Product Supply to relieve and shield the organisation whilst introducing higher standards in terms of E-data supply

Requirements

  • Experience working with environmental sustainability, Financial Controlling, ESG reporting or as an ESG Consultant
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree related to ESG topics, accounting/controlling, auditing or similar
  • Worked within reporting/controlling or auditing and possess an interest in utilising your financial experience within the ESG space
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with system control processes and data tools such as SOFI (by Sphera), Assurance Connect, or other similar tools (benefit but not necessity)
