About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions
- Design and build a foundational platform for a modern data lake architecture
- Develop automated tests to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Continuously improve the platform to boost developer productivity
- Design and implement innovative digital solutions focused on delivering business insights and patient care in real time
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Extensive experience with Databricks on Azure or AWS
- Experience in using Spark, including Spark SQL
- Familiarity with DevOps practices — CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing
- Exposure to data mesh or domain-oriented data architecture
- Experience working with OMOP or other clinical data standards
- Working in pharma domain or other regulated area is considered an advantage
- Must be fluent in English in both writing and speaking.
