About the role

  • Drive roll-outs of small and large MES projects and other IT projects in the area
  • Stakeholder management, budgeting and communication towards line of business
  • Coordinate and keep track of project roadmaps and act on impediments and potential delays before they occur.
  • Project management and overall responsible for delivery of the teams
  • In charge of the project team's leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching
  • Coordinate product development wishes between users and our IT development partner
  • Act as Servant leader of your team(s) and ensure an agile approach

Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, supply chain management or other relevant field
  • Experience with IT Project Management
  • Strong project management skills (including stakeholder management skills, presentation skills, governance skills and communication skills)
  • Pharma industry knowledge is a clear advantage
  • MES systems (E.g. PAS-X) and leading MES project rollouts is an advantage
  • Experience with production/supply chain processes and/or GxP is also an advantage
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM is an advantage
