About the role
- Manage IT system operations, maintenance, and development
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HR
- Independently configure SuccessFactors Employee Central, including portlets, Business Configuration UI, MDF objects, workflows, business rules, and picklists
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
- Oversee vendor management and service delivery
Requirements
- 7 to 8 yrs experience in the Employee Central module in Success Factors
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent entry-level experience
- Experience in SAP HR, CPI Integrations, Integration Centre preferred
- Experience in supporting the employee central modules, handling Incidents, migration and implementation will be required
