- Demonstrate leadership quality in alignment with department strategy
- Responsible for planning, creating, and submitting high quality global packaging materials
- Work as an integral part of global cross-functional teams
- Responsible for planning and driving labelling design activities and deliverables according to agreed timelines and quality
- Achieve fast approvals using various graphic software
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate/comparable degree in graphical related field
- Minimum of 10-12 years of graphical design experience required
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Expert in Pantone and CMYK colours, die lines, bleeds, dimensions
- Good knowledge of design guidelines, style sheets
- PC illustration handling and color separations
- Ability to successfully handle multiple complex projects, priorities, arrange and conduct meetings
- Guide, influence and set direction for others
- Proactively identify and solve problems across tasks
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and work with teams and stakeholders from different backgrounds and cultures in a Hybrid setup
