About the role

  • Ensure the timely execution of initiatives aligned with our alternative model strategy
  • Orchestrate and drive the end-to-end progress of multiple initiatives
  • Manage cross-functional interdependencies and track progress
  • Drive collaboration among teams and key stakeholders
  • Oversee the coordination and execution necessary to design, launch, and scale critical initiatives
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction into actionable plans
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to align strategies and mitigate conflicts
  • Prepare and present to leadership concise reports summarizing program status

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in program or project management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
  • Consultancy background (management consulting, healthcare consulting or strategy consulting) is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in managing complex programs with interdependencies
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and align program goals with broader organizational objectives
  • Strong analytical skills to assess program performance, identify risks, and develop data-driven solutions
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
