About the role
- Participating in annual and ad-hoc compensation and benefits surveys.
- Building salary ranges and providing recommendations based on market data.
- Developing and implementing data analyses and consolidating rewards elements such as benefits and incentives repositories.
- Handling queries during the Annual Salary Revision Cycle and supporting stakeholders.
- Ensuring regular updates to Job Architecture and supporting data insights for dashboards.
- Benchmarking compensation and benefits elements, including LTI, STI, and benefits programmes.
- Driving process optimisation and standardisation in Total Rewards processes.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as routing requests on job levelling and ensuring access controls for dashboards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a mature Total Rewards Shared Service centre
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of LTI administration, benefits benchmarking, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with process optimisation and quality management.
