About the role

  • Work in compliance with safety and hygiene rules (HSE), the Novo Nordisk Way Charter (NNW), Business Ethics, the company’s internal regulations, the application of Quality standards (GMP and Quality Manual) and current procedures
  • Assist in analyzing equipment performance and malfunctions
  • Propose and implement appropriate monitoring indicators
  • Participate in optimization projects (establishing a training structure within the QC support team, implementing activity-tracking software)
  • Apply procedures and regulations in force
  • Act as a communication link between team members, the Manager, Production and other departments (Quality Assurance, QC, etc.)

Requirements

  • You are seeking a work-study placement as part of an engineering program
  • You have a strong command of Lean tools and methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.) and a genuine interest in continuous improvement
  • You have good adaptability and integration skills
  • You have a strong team spirit and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • You have excellent writing skills and strong analytical and synthesis abilities
  • You are proactive, curious and able to make constructive suggestions
  • You will work within an international group; proficiency in English is required (spoken and written)
