About the role
- Developing and maintaining end-to-end customer journey maps and a content calendar
- Designing and overseeing a customer-centric content strategy
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Business Technology Solutions teams
- Ensure seamless integration between digital and field engagements
- Drive change management and train teams on customer journey mapping tools
- Collaborate with Data & Insights teams
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience within customer engagement / digital marketing / commercial transformation functions
- A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Robust experience driving Digital Transformation
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
