About the role

  • Developing and maintaining end-to-end customer journey maps and a content calendar

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience within customer engagement / digital marketing / commercial transformation functions
  • A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
  • Robust experience driving Digital Transformation
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
