About the role
- Lead the development and execution of consumer activation and consumer engagement strategies
- Design and implement business plans that address consumer needs, promote education and drive awareness and activation
- Create and execute strong plans integrating digital and traditional channels, media, partnerships, and collaborations with key external stakeholders
- Plan, execute, and optimise omnichannel campaigns to drive consumer activation
- Conduct market research and other analysis to understand consumer behaviours, preferences and trends to ensure data-driven strategies and tactics
- Measure campaign performance using solid metrics and analytics, applying learnings to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing HCP, Medical & Regulatory, Corporate Affairs, Finance, Legal & Compliance to maximise synergies and align business plans
- Ensure conformity with legal, industry regulations and internal policies in all activities, safeguarding the highest compliance and ethical standards.
Requirements
- An academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategic B2C marketing, consumer activation and engagement campaigns
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful consumer strategies and campaigns through both digital and traditional channels particularly in areas such as wellness and wellbeing, consumer healthcare, OTC and FMCG
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior professionals to achieve ambitious business goals
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate consumer activation initiatives into business objectives, combined with consumer insight analysis and data-driven campaign planning and execution
- Creativity in developing innovative campaigns and materials, with adaptability to work in dynamic markets and environments.
