About the role
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions
- Translate business problems into validated data and modelling solutions
- Ensure data quality, governance, reproducibility, and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, product, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and promote best practices in MLOps
Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field from a top university
- 2+ years of consultancy experience in data science, machine learning, or AI
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions to production
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python data science libraries and deep learning frameworks
- Practical MLOps experience including CI/CD for models
- Experience with distributed compute frameworks, SQL, and cloud-native ML platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Self-starter mentality with attention to quality, reproducibility and operational robustness
- Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, data privacy, governance and security considerations in AI/ML development
