About the role
- Deliver and execute leadership development priorities within assigned EVP/SVP areas
- Design and facilitate interventions using sparring, facilitation, coaching, and consultation
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated EVP areas or geographies
- Implement global processes, development offerings, and standards locally
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders
- Lead innovation in leadership development by identifying, piloting, and scaling new learning approaches
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in business, HR, Psychology, or a similar field
- +10 years of proven HR experience in two or more specialised HR functions
- Strong expertise in partnering with HR business partners and line leaders
- Experience in leadership development and/or business HR consulting
- Effective communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and relationship-building skills
- Cultural intelligence and adaptability in a global and matrixed environment
- Nice to have: Experience from geographical areas other than your home country
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in learning science
- Leadership experience and experience leading organisational transformation work
