About the role

  • Co-develop and maintain the programme roadmap, timelines and milestone follow‑ups
  • Prepare and roll out status reporting, dashboards and executive summaries for Steering Committee and senior stakeholders
  • Plan and facilitate workshops, meetings and steering forums; prepare agendas, minutes and action logs
  • Support vendor management, contracting, invoice follow‑up and budget monitoring
  • Facilitate testing & validation activities (UAT, integration, performance, security) and support phased deployments, go‑live planning and post‑go‑live hypercare
  • Support adoption and change: support, stakeholder engagement, communications, training curricula and benefits realisation tracking

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in project or program management
  • Experience with large scale CRM, Marketing Automation and Events Management roll-out within pharma
  • Experience with Organisational Change Management
  • Proven Project Management and project plan management
  • Proven experience in program reporting, budget tracking and vendor/contract follow‑up
  • Strong skills in preparing materials for senior management information and decision
  • Strong PPT skills needed
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and problem‑solving capability; high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
