About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global advisory board meetings, ensuring strategic impact and flawless execution
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and metrics to determine success
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines, ensuring timely progress and completion
  • Manage end-to-end KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management activities, including contracting, invoicing, and closure
  • Oversee project budgets in collaboration with Global Medical Directors and Business Partners
  • Engage with and manage vendors, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with corporate procurement processes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies during project execution
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by mapping stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring high buy-in and motivation
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to identify gaps in existing systems and processes, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in life sciences, business, or a relevant area.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in cross-functional project management, business development, or global event/meetings management in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work in teams and drive projects independently.
  • Organised, strategic, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Nice to have experience and understanding of Medical Affairs.
