About the role
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of a select part of the Clinical Analytics platform
- Work closely with cloud developers, subject matter experts, line-of-business managers and other teams within Clinical Analytics to deliver solutions that enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making in clinical trials
- Translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps and backlogs for the Clinical Analytics platform
- Prioritize and manage upcoming activities, balancing input from users, stakeholders and developers
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless integration and adoption of platform components (storage, compute)
- Drive risk and impact assessment of new requirements, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Own and evolve the data access model for the Clinical Analytics platform, ensuring secure, scalable and user-friendly access to clinical data across the organisation
- Lead operational roll-out, support and communication to end-users
- Foster a culture of continuous product discovery and improvement
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a quantitative area, data science or an IT education
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role in digital solution development
- Strong product thinking with a passion for building scalable digital platforms, preferably with experience working with agile software development in a highly regulated industry
- Experience working with cloud-based analytics, data platforms or clinical data is an advantage, while skills in Azure and Databricks will be advantageous
- Experience designing or managing data access models or data governance frameworks is highly desirable
- Experience building and operating digital solutions with a large user base
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
