About the role

  • Drive strategic operational initiatives and alignment with cross functions on key imperatives and tactics.
  • Implementation of company’s key strategic initiatives and keep optimization within each layer of DOD field force.
  • Set up operational mechanism, enable sales strategy’s execution in field force and strengthen data-driven mindset.
  • Lead FE team to ensure effective support sales performance and achievement of business goals.
  • Establish supply and demand management process and principle in DOD.
  • Manage quota allocation to maximize customer needs based on supply’s situation.
  • Build compliance mindset for each level of DOD.
  • Responsible for DOD’ audit and follow-up actions.
  • Drive DOD winning culture, embedded the culture into business management process.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and future trend, industry benchmark, sales management practice, etc.
  • Strategy plan and execution
  • Multi-national company working experience
  • Process management skills
  • Strong insight finding capability
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor degree and above, fluent in English, MBA plus
