About the role

  • Foster trusted scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals
  • Position Novo Nordisk as the partner of choice in haemophilia
  • Identify opportunities to grow our rare blood disorders portfolio within your assigned key accounts
  • Drive sustainable uptake across your territory by building long‑term relationships with KOLs and stakeholders
  • Deliver clear, practice‑relevant medical support that informs decision‑making
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements with key opinion leaders and local influencers
  • Translate clinical evidence into concise, actionable messages that inform clinical practice
  • Create and execute strategic territory plans and business cases
  • Provide high‑quality medical and scientific support to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Work with Regional Market Access to establish hospital‑ and regional‑level negotiation processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ commercial or medical field experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrable experience in Hospital Key Account Management
  • Prior experience in Haemophilia is highly desirable
  • Expertise in other rare bleeding disorders is also an advantage
  • Experience with product launches will be highly valuable
  • Degree in Life Sciences preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a plus
