About the role
- Develop and execute the brand strategy and tactics that drive sales growth
- Oversee product development and life cycle activities
- Oversee advertising campaigns
- Monitor sales performance
- Manage all operational facets of the brand in charge including field implementation, peer-to-peer programming, and omnichannel marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on planning and execution of brand tactics
- Ensure demand & supply management with supply chain team
- Manage promotional investments
Requirements
- At least 10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Growth and learning mindset

- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or other relevant fields
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g. MBA)
- Fluency in Japanese as mandatory
- Fluency in English preferred.
