About the role

  • Develop and execute the brand strategy and tactics that drive sales growth
  • Oversee product development and life cycle activities
  • Oversee advertising campaigns
  • Monitor sales performance
  • Manage all operational facets of the brand in charge including field implementation, peer-to-peer programming, and omnichannel marketing.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or other relevant fields
  • Advanced degree preferred (e.g. MBA)
  • Fluency in Japanese as mandatory
  • Fluency in English preferred.
