- Define and deploy the P&O strategy in Pakistan

Requirements
- Graduate level degree, e.g. Human Resource, Organisation/Human Psychology or Business Administration
- 6+ years of experience in HR leadership roles within a multinational organisation
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in change management and innovative thinking
- Excellent communications skills to all levels and fluency in English
