About the role
- Visit healthcare professionals, including general practitioners and specialists
- Provide in-depth education to healthcare professionals about prescription drugs
- Organise and lead educational seminars for healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and medical institutions
- Analyse performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance tasks in line with all relevant regulatory frameworks and requirements
Requirements
- Higher education, preferably in pharmacy, medicine, healthcare, or natural sciences
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good relationship with regional target customers (healthcare professionals, GPs, specialists, nurses, pharmacists, etc.)
- Ability to independently plan, prioritise, and manage your time effectively
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Estonian
- Good knowledge of English
- Valid Category B driver’s licence
