About the role

  • Visit healthcare professionals, including general practitioners and specialists
  • Provide in-depth education to healthcare professionals about prescription drugs
  • Organise and lead educational seminars for healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and medical institutions
  • Analyse performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance tasks in line with all relevant regulatory frameworks and requirements

Requirements

  • Higher education, preferably in pharmacy, medicine, healthcare, or natural sciences
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good relationship with regional target customers (healthcare professionals, GPs, specialists, nurses, pharmacists, etc.)
  • Ability to independently plan, prioritise, and manage your time effectively
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Estonian
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Valid Category B driver’s licence
