About the role
- Partner with Global Talent Development Lead to design, develop, and deliver global talent programs
- Drive communication activities related to talent programs
- Collaborate with colleagues globally to understand business needs
- Organise project teams, assign responsibilities and develop project schedules
- Apply project management and learning development tools
- Travelling to facilitate programs outside of Denmark
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree in HR, Organisation, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
- Hands-on experience in building leadership or talent development programs
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Understanding of orchestrating senior stakeholders
- Strong facilitation skills and understanding of learning methodologies
- Experience from a global organisation is an advantage
- People Management experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Proactive and resourceful with a strong can-do attitude
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to set clear goals and provide a strong sense of purpose for the project
- Strategic thinking about talent development and management
