About the role

  • Partner with Global Talent Development Lead to design, develop, and deliver global talent programs
  • Drive communication activities related to talent programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues globally to understand business needs
  • Organise project teams, assign responsibilities and develop project schedules
  • Apply project management and learning development tools
  • Travelling to facilitate programs outside of Denmark

Requirements

  • Relevant academic degree in HR, Organisation, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
  • Hands-on experience in building leadership or talent development programs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects
  • Understanding of orchestrating senior stakeholders
  • Strong facilitation skills and understanding of learning methodologies
  • Experience from a global organisation is an advantage
  • People Management experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to set clear goals and provide a strong sense of purpose for the project
  • Strategic thinking about talent development and management
