About the role

  • Lead end-to-end analyses of patient and consumer behaviours
  • Partner closely with Consumer Engagement & Communication and other stakeholders
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and risks
  • Co-design KPI frameworks and measurement plans
  • Translate findings into compelling presentations for cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics Lead to build dashboards
  • Guide BI development to ensure reliable analytics pipelines

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or similar
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in consumer insights, digital analytics or market research
  • Strong experience working with consumer, social and digital data sources
  • Working proficiency with complex business questions from multiple data sources
  • Experience designing measurement frameworks and KPIs for digital and communications initiatives
  • Strong knowledge in database solutions and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Snowflake, Salesforce)
  • Professional level written and spoken English.
