About the role
- Lead end-to-end analyses of patient and consumer behaviours
- Partner closely with Consumer Engagement & Communication and other stakeholders
- Proactively identify business opportunities and risks
- Co-design KPI frameworks and measurement plans
- Translate findings into compelling presentations for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics Lead to build dashboards
- Guide BI development to ensure reliable analytics pipelines
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or similar
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in consumer insights, digital analytics or market research
- Strong experience working with consumer, social and digital data sources
- Working proficiency with complex business questions from multiple data sources
- Experience designing measurement frameworks and KPIs for digital and communications initiatives
- Strong knowledge in database solutions and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Snowflake, Salesforce)
- Professional level written and spoken English.
