About the role

  • Lead the closed-loop marketing of the digital patient journey and drive patient engagement strategies across key countries in alignment with global teams.
  • Analyse insights to identify opportunities and challenges, increase traffic to patient websites, and oversee disease awareness campaigns.
  • Integrate eHealth partnerships, supporting cross-market initiatives, and contributing to obesity market development.
  • Guide and coach affiliate project managers to deliver on goals while ensuring compliance with business ethics, local laws, and Novo Nordisk policies.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive digital patient engagement strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
  • Strategically identify and integrate eHealth partnerships ecosystem to enhance the digital patient journey.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to extract actionable insights.
  • Direct cross-functional matrix teams in executing complex digital initiatives.
  • Establish robust communication frameworks with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the prioritization and execution of e-commerce initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, ideally within a Direct-to-Consumer Healthcare industry (e.g., Dermo cosmetics).
  • Candidates from FMCG, online e-commerce industry will be welcome and blended experiences in pharma business would be ideal.
  • Candidate with ideally 1-3 years+ of people management experience is preferred.
  • Expert in digital marketing, innovation, and consumer-like engagement, with knowledge of key digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics.
  • Experience in running digital campaigns through digital agencies and/or significant customer acquisition experience in online business.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and approach, is a data-driven individual with the ability to generate and provide insights, demonstrates strong business acumen, excels at creating networks and developing win-win solutions, and has strategic leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
