About the role

  • Be responsible for lease accounting tasks, including creation of new contracts, changes of contracts, reclassifications, reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
  • Post valuations and foreign currency valuations, and handle lease account clearing.
  • Support affiliates and manage customer queries effectively.
  • Handle automation and RPA initiatives for the team.
  • Meet all defined KPIs and individual targets at both process and individual levels.
  • Manage audit processes and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SARBOX) requirements.
  • Drive value additions and improvements in processes through stakeholder engagement and monthly meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of commerce or Equivalent Qualification.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in R2R/Fixed asset process
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Experience working with Leasing, Fixed assets and general ledger accounting
  • Good knowledge to accounting documentation and transaction link, Sarbox and audit material.
