About the role

  • Manage a team of 9 Finance Partners with broad FP&A responsibilities
  • Drive value creation, finance partnering and insights for the R&D project pools
  • Responsible for financial decision material and insights to drive efficient and value generating governance decisions
  • Work with R&D Finance mgmt. team to continuously develop and strengthen how we work
  • Process owner for the global clinical financial processes as well as all FP&A processes
  • Responsible for standardization and optimization of processes and tools for the financial management of R&D project pools

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Leadership experience & stakeholder management skills
  • Experience and proven track record in business partnering and financial management
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
  • Ability to present complex financial matters in a simple way
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English both oral & written
