About the role
- Ensure R&D excellence by designing and improving governance meetings
- Coach stakeholders like Global Project Leaders on decision criteria
- Plan and orchestrate governance interactions for timely project decisions
- Capture and follow up governance decisions and ensure closure
- Champion AI and digitalisation initiatives
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific life science discipline (MSc or PhD)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical R&D project and portfolio environments
- Strong hands-on experience across drug product development
- Proven track-record advising governance bodies or senior leadership
- Deep knowledge of pharma stage gate models and project lifecycle milestones
- Demonstrated experience in project portfolio management and strategy execution governance
- Experience leading transformation or improvement initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate scientific evidence into business focused decision criteria
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
