About the role
- Set and execute the affiliate strategy in alignment with regional and global priorities to drive long-term, sustainable growth.
- Own the P&L for Pakistan, ensuring strong financial performance, accurate forecasting, cost discipline and revenue growth.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team across sales, marketing, medical, regulatory, supply chain, finance and HR.
- Represent Novo Nordisk externally with government authorities, payers, HCPs, KOLs, patient groups and industry partners.
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, Novo Nordisk Way and highest standards of corporate governance, ethics and risk management.
- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement, including digital and organizational innovation to increase patient reach and HCP engagement.
- Act as a public spokesperson for the company and drive CSR and community initiatives that reflect our patient-centric purpose.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading affiliate organizations or complex country businesses, with the ability to translate strategy into results.
- Strong public affairs and stakeholder management experience with government, payers and healthcare systems.
- High emotional intelligence, strong leadership presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Agile decision-maker with integrity, resilience and cultural sensitivity.
- Fluent in English.
