About the role
- Conduct systematic literature reviews in alignment with Evidence and Insights Generation Plans (EIGPs).
- Liaise with team members and internal/external stakeholders to gather feedback and implement it effectively.
- Provide project management support, including meeting management, project documentation, budgets, reporting, and impact tracking.
- Work on special projects and strategic initiatives aligned with goals and strategies as directed.
- Support the execution of real-world evidence (RWE) studies and non-study related activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Build relationships and communicate the clinical/health outcomes, benefits, and value of company products to payers, integrated health systems, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience working in study payor, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry within departments of Clinical Research, Real-World Evidence Studies, and/or HEOR Studies.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrated market access strategies, including pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, and evidence-based medicine review.
- Fluency in English.
