About the role
- Lead and contribute to Real World Evidence (RWE) and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) activities
- Lead a small team of project managers and medical writers
- Act as an individual contributor when technical expertise is required
- Partner closely with Therapeutic Area Leads and global stakeholders
- Provide scientific, strategic and technical input across RWE, HEOR and clinical trial-related activities
- Collaborate with Therapeutic Area Leads and cross-functional partners
- Support project and operational management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor`s Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, public health or a related field
- Master`s/Advanced Degree considered a plus
- 7+ years of experience in Real World Evidence, HEOR and clinical trials
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Strong scientific and technical expertise
- Experience in cross-functional and international environments
- Solid stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience in obesity or cardiometabolic diseases considered a strong plus
- Fluency in English is required
