About the role

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) in close collaboration with the team, who will support you with the analytics related to People & Organisation (P&O).
  • Pioneering best in class, self-service solutions and owning our PowerBI suite used by all employees across the enterprise
  • Leading the development and deployment of analytics models, tools, scale-able access models and frameworks that provide insights and unlock data-driven decision-making
  • Driving workstreams both independently and as part of a wider team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality standards and ethical data practices are being followed
  • Championing a data-driven culture and increasing data literacy across the organization
  • Integrating cutting edge technology and showcase the art of the possible in 2026

Requirements

  • An academic degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Computer Science & Statistics or equivalent.
  • Expert in PowerBI, with high proficiency in both DAX and SQL, with experience in PowerApps along with the wider Power Platform is a strong benefit.
  • 7+ years of in-depth experience with solutions involving data, business intelligence, and analytical technologies preferred (e.g. PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx)
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into valuable recommendations for senior leaders.
