About the role
- Become the technical subject-matter expert for equipment, mastering all intervention domains (mechanical, electrical, automation, robotics).
- Ensure the setup and commissioning of new production workshops and perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- This includes performing FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis), tracking maintenance project deliverables and participating in the implementation of performance monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (suppliers, site engineers, international internal contacts) to ensure equipment compliance and quality.
- Develop and deliver training plans for maintenance technicians.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of maintenance documentation structures, taking into account technical, production and environmental constraints.
Requirements
- Higher education diploma (Bac+2/Bac+3) or vocational baccalaureate with a focus on Maintenance.
- A solid career as a Maintenance Technician (more than 10 years’ experience) in a production environment (automotive, chemical, food, cosmetics, etc.).
- Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency in maintenance processes (mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, robotics).
- Knowledge of isolators and cleaning/sterilization processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical and synthesis skills; pedagogical ability; team spirit; rigor; organization and pragmatism.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (written and spoken).
