About the role
- Report to the Senior Vice President of Finance of International Opertions and be a member of the Finance International Operations leadership team
- Operationally secure supply to more than 37 million patients
- Turn commercial strategies, budget and brand plans into forecast/demand
- Strengthen understanding of customer needs across the value chain
- Own the Novo Nordisk Local Manufacturing Strategy
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree within Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or Manufacturing
- 15 years of experience within Supply Chain Management, pharmaceutical production, and/or general business
- 5 years of experience in a senior management team
- Minimum 5 years of international experience, preferably in IO/Emerging Markets countries
- Strong people management experience (ideally managing large and diverse teams)
- Experience in delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in effectively and persuasively articulating complex issues to key decision makers
- Experience in analysing complex issues, utilising strategic thinking and implementing tactical plans
- Profound understanding of pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, GDP, and relevant laws and regulations impacting a multi-national pharmaceutical company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
